Yes. All cigars are shipped in their original, manufacturer-sealed packaging to maintain freshness, quality, and authenticity. We also package orders securely to prevent damage during transit.

You may request a cancellation or change before your order is processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled. Please contact us as soon as possible at minklemultani@skdistributors.net.

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear. If you experience delays or have not received tracking details, please contact us at support@skdistributorsllc.com for assistance.

Yes. We use secure, encrypted payment systems to protect your personal and payment information. Your credit card details are never stored on our servers.

All returns or exchanges must be approved in advance. Please email minklemultani@skdistributors.net before returning any item. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
